Dear Friends of Bluemont Vineyard & Brewery,
It is with mixed emotions that we announce the closure of our Bluemont Texas operations, as of August 6, 2024. This decision was not made with ease, and we want to express our deepest gratitude for the warmth and enthusiasm you have shown us.
Sharing Bluemont with the Texas Hill Country community has been a truly rewarding experience and we will always cherish the memories we’ve made together.
We invite you to visit us before August 6th to stock up on your favorite Bluemont wines, craft beer, and Hill Yeah Hard Cider. This is a wonderful opportunity to savor the flavors you’ve come to love and take a piece of Bluemont or Hill Yeah home with you.
Though we are closing our doors in Texas, we remain upbeat about the future and are excited about the possibilities that lie ahead.
Thank you for your continued support. We hope to see you soon and share one last toast to the incredible community that has embraced us so warmly.

Our team has made the difficult decision to close our Texas location with several reasons top of mind. Not only do we want to focus our staff’s efforts on our Virginia Operations, the location that hosts the vast majority of our guests, but we are soon launching two new Virginia Wine ventures – each requiring a great deal of work and energy! We are set to open our new tasting room, The Barrel House, and its patio space in September of this year, and our new Virginia Wine Production Facility Tours are set to launch later this summer! Both of these endeavors require our team’s full attention.

Step into the Tasting Lounge for a
guided wine tasting
Our knowledgeable tasting staff will share a line up of six seasonally rotated Bluemont Vineyard wines. Each pour will be thoughtfully paired with conversation and will spark a sense of exploration. We believe that wine is a time capsule of a season. Delve into the story behind each vintage; the terroir, blending, and winemaker vision all play a part.
Guided Wine Tastings are $25.00 per guest. Each tasting includes a sample of six wines. Guests must be 21+ with a valid ID to enjoy the tasting.
Explore the decadent & rich flavors of a
chocolate & wine pairing
Featuring Fredericksburg’s own Hill Country Chocolates, we’ve paired four boutique treats with Bluemont Vineyard wine. This guided experience is designed to offer an out-of-the-box way to explore wine and is a guest favorite.
Chocolate Pairings must be booked in advance and are $35.00 per guest to include four chocolate and wine pairings.
Embark on a craft beer journey with a
guided brewery tour
Take a deep dive into the brewing process with us as we unveil the secrets of our unique brew system and production facility. During this tour, you’ll get an exclusive behind-the-scenes glimpse into our meticulously crafted brews and witness firsthand the passion and precision that proudly goes into every pint.
Tours are $25.00 per guest and include a brewery tour and a flight tasting of our seasonal beer selections.

Hard Cider Flight
Dive into Hill Yeah Hard Cider! Indulge in the rich symphony of flavors as you sample three hand-crafted hard ciders each with their own charm. After the flight tasting, pick your favorite and elevate your enjoyment with a full pint.
Self-guided flight tastings are $15.00 per guest and include six seasonal cider samples.
