TASTING ROOM TEAM
Are you a natural storyteller who loves working with people? Are you passionate about Texas wines? This is an exciting opportunity to grow your retail sales career in the wine industry. Associates share our wines and conversation with our guests. This position is right for you if you are reliable, have an outgoing personality, love all the charms of farm life, thrive in a fast paced environment, and enjoy connecting with others!

Culinary Associate - Back of House TEAM
As a Culinary Associate at Bluemont Vineyard, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional tasting & dining experience for our guests. You will support the kitchen team, assemble food & drink orders quickly and accurately, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile. We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers. We will teach you everything else you need to know!
This is a part-time opportunity, with mostly weekend hours available to those 16 to Seasoned.
TASTING ROOM Manager
Tasting Room Managers lead our team to share our wines and conversation with guests. Onboarding and training associates and building and supporting the team to create engaging customer experiences. This position is right for you if you are ready to build and guide a fun and engaging team towards reaching our wine sales and club sales goals.
